Mermaids Bath Martini

It is at night when my most random thoughts come to the front line. Every left field thought is picked up, examined and deemed worthy of Internet research. Just the other night I was seconds away from deep relaxation, when my eyes snapped open at a thought. “Would it be possible to be a mermaid AND bartend?” The thought was too ludicrous to research; so back into deep relaxation I went.

Left field thoughts hold inspiration.

Notes:

❖ It is imperative that when making this cocktail, you use cucumber infused gin, for delicious tasting purposes.

❖ I used cold pina colada mix to ensure a better-textured drink.

❖ If you cannot find lavender bitters, no problem! Regular bitters do the trick as well.

❖ To express chill a class…soda water and ice does wonders!

❖ I’ve never used carton egg whites to do a egg white foam, so I am not sure if it would make a difference at all, but if you have an actual egg…use it!
